The Company engages a professional stock affairs agent to manage shareholder services. In compliance with applicable regulations, we disclose financial and operational information through the Market Observation Post System (MOPS) and our corporate website. We have also established a spokesperson and deputy spokesperson system, supported by dedicated personnel to ensure timely and transparent communication.

Given the nature of pharmaceutical R&D, our development processes require relatively limited consumption of natural resources, resulting in a comparatively low environmental impact.

In addition, we provide a safe working environment and conduct environmental awareness training on a regular basis to strengthen employees’ understanding of environmental protection and sustainability.

Social Contribution
Since its establishment, AMS BioteQ has been committed to social development and shared prosperity, fulfilling its corporate social responsibility (CSR). The Company actively participates in public welfare initiatives and industry-academia collaborations as part of its ongoing engagement with society.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, AMS BioteQ, as a responsible corporate citizen, launched the “Da Wu Wei Initiative.” Through this program, the Company provided its internally developed health supplement products free of charge to confirmed patients, aiming to help alleviate discomfort and support individuals’ overall well-being during illness.

Leveraging its R&D capabilities, AMS BioteQ is dedicated to contributing to public health improvement and creating positive value for society.

Employee Rights Policy
The Company complies with the Labor Standards Act as its guiding principle and holds quarterly labor-management meetings. Compensation and Benefits
We provide statutory labor and health insurance, annual leave, group accident insurance, travel expense subsidies, year-end gatherings, and performance-based bonuses.
