AMS BioteQ , stock code: (6864-TW)) announced on August 30 that it has signed a distribution contract for its innovative medical material 'SIPSIP Foam Wound Dressing' with a group of medical institutions in Japan, securing its first overseas order.

The board of directors of AMS BioteQ (TPE:6864) approved the appointment of Deputy General Manager Zhang Yiwei.

AMS BioteQ (TPE:6864) will conduct a rights issue of 40 million NT dollars, with the ex-rights date on September 12. The issue price is set at 28 NT dollars per share.
